Telling the Good News about Dalton and Whitfield County

Here are a few points you may not know –

Of 18,000+ US public high schools analyzed by US News & World Report in 2007, Dalton High School scored in the top 3% with a ranking of 486.

Greater Dalton made the Forbes list of “Best Small Places for Business and Careers” in 2008.

Greater Dalton has been selected as one of the 2008 “Top Ten Places to Retire in Georgia”, by the publishers of Retire in Georgia magazine.

Dalton and Whitfield County will be featured as one of the “101 Best Places to Locate in the Southern Automotive Corridor.”
